Everything was spectacular. I went for just one night for the Adele concert and I have to say that the hotel is so well located. It has the metro, buses, trains and taxis right next to it. The building is already very pretty on the outside, but it also looks spectacular on the inside. The staff was spectacular. They were able to give me a room at 11:00 in the morning, 3 hours before my original check-in. The room was super clean, everything was shining and I am very picky about that but I couldn't find any dirt. Also a huge advantage is that the bar in the hotel, non-alcoholic drinks and snacks are all free and unlimited. It is greatly appreciated. On hot days they give you a voucher for free ice cream. The decoration was also very nice 10/10. If one day i will return to Munich, i will choose this Hotel.

Gorgeous boutique hotel exactly across the road from Munich East railway station. The neighbourhood is very village like, quiet streets, great shopping and plenty of dining establishments of a variety to choose from. There's a range of supermarkets and banks close by too. The room was excellent for a single it was large and roomy with a double bed! Staff were so friendly and helpful. There's an offering of bar snacks and soft drinks without charge and a small selection of alcoholic beverages paid through an honour system. It's an easy picturesque walk through nearby woodlands and riverside promenade to city centre or easy access by S Bahn and U Bahn stations a hop skip and a jump across the road.

The hotel staff were excellent. All were friendly, and very helpful, suggesting nearby restaurants, services, and transportation choices. The hotel had a nice assortment of quality breakfast food and drinks. Staff were waiting to serve hot beverages and other items upon request. Secure private parking was available a few minutes walk away which we used, and we then took public transportation into downtown Munich and Theresienwiese which was bery convenient. This also allowed us to avoid the requirement to obtain an inspection and purchase a low emissions vehice public parking sticker to avoid getting a $100 Euro fine (this inspection can't be obtained on the weekend when we arrived).

Location was excellent. Close to train station with easy access to the airport, historical centre etc. Quiet neighbourhood, lots of great restaurants in the area. Lovely deco of the rooms, great size and very comfortable beds. No noise from the outside! Although the room didn’t have a refrigerator, we had access to a lounge on the 1st floor… the fridge there was stocked with complimentary non alcoholic drinks, spring water. There was also access to a coffee machine and snacks. Lovely breakfast - good selection. And most of all very lovely staff in the reception and at breakfast ! I would happily stay here again and really enjoyed my trip.

The hotel was fantastic from start to finish. Firstly the welcome on arrival was great, incredibly friendly giving an overview of the hotel and area, along with introducing the honour bar system and complimentary snacks. The next point is the location, which is perfect. Just outside the busy central area but with bus, train, tram and metro services to wherever you'd like all within 5 minutes walk. The room was spacious, clean and with a very comfy bed, and breakfast was a lovely buffet selection (highly recommend the pretzel!). All together, I could not recommend this hotel more. If I am in Munich again, I will be staying here!
